First Card Challenge

Hello Everyone!!!!

I have finally had a chance to do some crafts this weekend and I am going to be entering into some card challenges today for the very first time!!! I am so excited :)

This is a Valentines card that I made. I took a scalloped heart card that I had in my stash and traced it on to the background paper.I used a rose stamp and randomly stamped it on the background and I stamped Love in the upper left corner.

The image is from Delicious Doodles its called Gothic Heart. The whole digi stamp is covered with glitter and attached it to the black background. Around the heart it says Forever Is Never Long Enough.

To finish off the card I added some flowers form the Recollection Boutique Fleur Mulberry Paper Rose.

I hope you all enjoy my card.... thanks for looking.

I am entering this card into the following card challenges:
Delicious Doodles Challenge: Valentines Day
Dutch Dare Card Challenges: Red, White, and Pink
Creative Card Crew: For a Loved One

SnowDay!!!!! and Intro

Well today is another snow storm, its been about 3 weeks straight with one or two storms a week. Which I don't mind I love snow but my schoolwork load is getting bigger and bigger..... and since I'm a procrastinator I figured I would post my first blog instead of starting on my pile of HOMEWORK!!!!

So I have been going through my crafts and reorganizing everything and ended up with a long list of project that I have started and never completed!!! That's me though, I start something and then down the road there is another project that catches my eye and I start working on that one totally forgetting about the one that I was in the middle of completing. So one of my many New Years Resolution is to complete most if not all those projects on the list. So the month of February is dedicated to SCARFS!!!!!!! My future husband has been waiting patiently for the scarf I started for him last year and never finished and there is a stock of yarn in my house that was bought to make scarfs with so the goal is to use them. As long as school is willing to give me some time to craft lol.

So come and visit to see some of the scarfs I make and I'm sure there will be posts of Cards in the mix too.

Talk to you all later,
Nonna!!
